It’s another cold day. Hopefully, the last of them. Mary is making some chili, Texas style, well, vegan Texas style, and I got my head out of the woodshop last night long enough to start some bread dough. Resting peacefully in the frig for later are two pizza dough balls. And this loaf just came out of the oven a few moments ago.
In this video, I’m featuring the snap, crackle, pop sounds (I hope they’re not trademarked by the Kellogg’s trio…) characteristic of a well-crafted loaf of bread.
